AI Consulting & Execution

AI will not save your business,
but ignoring it will cost you.

Most AI advice comes from someone with something to sell. We help you find the places it genuinely pays off, and tell you plainly where it does not.

Does this sound like your business?

The paralysis

You know you should be doing something. Every vendor says theirs is the answer, none of them are neutral, and doing the wrong thing looks more expensive than doing nothing. So nothing happens.

Tool sprawl

Different people adopted different tools, subscriptions are stacking up, half of them overlap, and nobody can point to what any of it has actually returned.

The automation question

You suspect large parts of the week could be automated. You are not sure which parts, and you are not sure what breaks if you get it wrong.

Competitive anxiety

A competitor is talking loudly about AI and you cannot tell whether they are genuinely ahead or just louder. It is driving decisions that should be driven by strategy.

Where we stand

We will never recommend AI where the cost, complexity, or risk outweighs the return.

Nobody makes money telling you to wait.

Almost everyone advising you on AI has something to sell you, which makes "yes, you need this" the default answer regardless of whether it is true.

We are not reselling a platform. If the honest answer is that your money is better spent elsewhere this year, that is the answer you will get.

AI executes exactly as well as the plan behind it.

Not better. Point it at a weak process and you get the same weak process, running faster and costing more.

Which is why the strategy comes first and the tool selection comes second. The order matters more than the tooling.

What AI consulting and execution includes

What we actually do.

We start with what your business actually needs, not with what is impressive to demo. Then we build the parts that earn their keep.

01

Readiness assessment

An honest look at your data, your processes, and your team. Where AI would genuinely help, where it would not, and what has to be cleaned up first.

02

Strategic roadmap

A prioritized sequence, highest return and lowest risk first, with real numbers attached. Not a list of everything possible, a plan for what is worth doing.

03

Implementation and integration

Choosing tools that fit how you already work, then wiring them into your actual process rather than bolting them on beside it.

04

Automation of the right work

The repetitive, high-volume, low-judgment tasks. We leave the parts that need a person to be a person, because that is usually where your margin lives.

05

Team training

Software nobody uses returns nothing. We train your people on the tools and the judgment, so adoption survives past the first month.

06

Ongoing advisory

The landscape moves monthly. We keep watching it so you can stop, and we flag the changes that actually affect your business.

How we are different.

2001
Every cycle since
We have seen this beforeWe have been through several waves of technology that were each going to change everything since 2001. Some did. Some did not. Pattern recognition is worth more than enthusiasm.
No vendor incentivesWe are not reselling anyone's platform, so there is nothing sitting behind our recommendation except whether it works for you.
Strategy before toolsThe question is never which AI tool. It is which problem is worth solving, and whether AI is genuinely the best way to solve it.

AI is a genuinely powerful tool pointed at the right problem, and an expensive way to go faster in the wrong direction pointed at the wrong one.

Frequently asked questions.

Is my business actually ready for AI?
Readiness is rarely all or nothing. Usually a couple of functions are ready today, a couple need cleaner data or tighter process first, and one or two should be left alone entirely. The assessment tells you which is which instead of guessing.
We are already using AI tools. Do we still need a strategy?
Especially then. Scattered adoption is how businesses end up paying for four tools that overlap, with nobody able to say what is working. Coordinating what you already have is usually the fastest win available.
What does it cost?
It is scoped to the engagement, because a readiness assessment and a full implementation are not the same job. You get a real number before anything starts, and we will tell you if the return does not justify it.
What if AI is not the right answer for us?
Then we say so. We would rather tell you to keep your money than sell you an implementation that adds cost and complexity for no return. That has been our position through every technology cycle since 2001.
How long does it take to get started?
A readiness assessment usually takes two to three weeks, and the roadmap follows straight after it. Implementation depends entirely on what the roadmap says is worth doing.
